2013 Elections

It is that time of the year when Board elections will take place.  TBBTA will be accepting applications for board positions through Friday, November 30, 2013.   Nominate yourself and show your leadership skills!  Applications may be completed online by any current TBBTA member interested in any open board position.

If you have any questions you may contact any board member via email. Email addresses for board member are located at A confirmation will be provided upon receipt of your application. Applications will be received and reviewed by the chapter board. The Board will review all applications and work with all individuals for placement that best fits the organization.

 Positions available :

  1. President
  2. VP of Direct
  3. VP of Allied
  4. VP of Membership
  5. Treasurer
  6. Secretary

 Term is 1-2 years, January 1, 2014 

 Prerequisites for running:

  • Must be a member in good standing and dues paid
  • Must be employed in the travel industry
  • Must have support from your company to attend chapter meetings and board meetings  

Deadline for submitting application is November 30, 2013

Elected Requirements:

  • Attending the transition meeting between old and new board in December (date and location – TBD)
