GBTA Tampa Chapter Registration and Cancellation policy
There are many pieces in coordinating a successful event; we must strictly enforce our event registration, cancellation and no-show policy:
Registration
All event registration payments should be made online or a check by mail one day before an event. If payment is by mail; check should be received in our post office box five days prior to the event. This will make the registration at the event smooth and efficient.
Event Cancellation
GBTA Tampa Chapter reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Event registration and cancellation by participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is one business day before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event (no-show).
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or refund by check directly to the registrant for the event.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are guests who register for an event minutes before the event and are without an event payment confirmation. GBTA Tampa Chapter will work with the venue and the walk-in to satisfy participation but does not guarantee space or a meal in the case of luncheon meeting.
Sponsorship Information
Help make every event a great success by providing sponsorship toward one of the levels listed below. As a partner with the GBTA Tampa Chapter, you will receive exposure to your company’s products and services, while demonstrating your commitment to the local industry.
Sponsorship Levels
Bronze $100
- 1 admission to the event
- Display company logo at the event with all sponsors
- Acknowledgement during event
Gold $400
- 2 Admissions to the event
- Attendee name list
- Display company logo at the event with all sponsors
- acknowledgment during the event
Platinum $800
- 3 Admissions to the event
- Attendee name list and contact information
- Display company logo at the registration table
- Acknowledgment during the event
- Allocated time in the event for brief presentation of company
- Your logo in all event promotions (email invite, posters, postcard, press release)
- Logo placement in chapter’s website with link during event promotion up to 5 days after the event.
Event Partner Level $1,200
- 6 Admissions to the event
- This level allows your company to exclusively sponsor an specifit event during the calendar year. Note: No other sponsorship level will be sold during the event expect for Education Day and Fundraiser event.
- Principal display of logo in all event promotional material
- Distribute company's materials to all attendees
- Announcement on chapter's landing page for the duration of the event
- Access to members contact information
- Prominent link to your website from our landing page for 30 days
- Address the event with product presentation
